My Grandmother Brita has taught me some lovely Swedish songs, games and rhymes. I think back of these precious moments with a big smile on my face. Its fascinating how the lyrics are still stored deep within my brain…
I especially enjoy the tongue twisters, and to try to say them faster and faster…. My kids also love these, and its such a fun way to practice Swedish during the day, on the way to school for example.
So here is a little collection of my favorite ones and an English translation alongside. Enjoy!
